DOUBLE XP "WEEKEND"!!!
Starting Nov 22nd players will have 10 days to use 36 hours of DXP. Full details HERE
My plans for this DXP: In no particular order
MAX: All skills level 99 (invention might not make it but it's not required for max cape and it shouldn't be far behind anyway.)
Firemaking: 95-99 3.5m Exp to gain. I will be using corrupted magic logs on portable braziers with the flame gloves and ring. Also have over 1.8m BXP stocked up and I have all the logs in the bank ready to go
Fletching: 93-99 5.5m Exp to gain. I will be making full magic shieldbows with full fletching outfit on portables fletchers. No BXP but all logs and bow strings are bought and waiting in the bank.
Summoning: 97-99 2.3m Exp to gain. I will be making Pak yaks using the shamans summoning outfit, spirit gems, and Ammlod hours in priff, also have 1.1m BXP stocked up along with all mats.
Crafting: 95-99 3.7m Exp to gain. I will be making crystal and potion flasks with stocked up glass from doing sandstone daily. I will then be cutting gems, all on portable crafter with crafting outfit, using Ithell district Voice of Seren in Priff when possible.
Invention: 92-99 8.7m Exp to gain. I will be using as many augmented items as I can while I continue to work on 99 Woodcutting which I want to get done before DXP starts and I have 3.8m WC exp left to gain. During DXP I will also be using augmented items as much as possible to push for 99 invention. If all else fails and I'm short of 99 invention but still have DXP time left I will be doing slayer or some combat activities like token farming ED1 or camping abby demons to take advantage of the double exp gain during dxp.
Merching Items:
Due to the changes in how DXP is working and that it is a 10 day stretch and not just a weekend. I think it will be very interesting to see what that does to the traditional market idea of selling commonly used items leading up to and during DXP for insanely high prices. Will the prices stay high for the full 10 days? Will they increase or go down before the 10 days is over? Who knows but it will be very interesting to see how this plays out and how it impacts future DXP weekends and how a lot of players make their money.
